Welcome to Meadow Lake. The Meadow Lake Community is pleased to work with you as you begin your project as owner or builder in our community.Members of the community’s homeowners’ association are proud of their community and have set high standards for new construction and renovation projects. This is to maintain the quality and image the community now enjoys. The association’s Board of Directors looks forward to your working with its MLHOA General Manager and Architectural Review Board (ARB) as you develop your plans and bring your project to completion. MLHOA BUILDING STANDARDS
The MLHOA Building Standards, Guidelines for Building at Meadow Lake Community have been updated by the Architectural Review Board (ARB) and approved by the Board of Directors as of April 4, 2026. These new Building Standards are in effect NOW for all areas of Meadow Lake HOA. For those of you who are contemplating building a new home or remodeling the exterior, please review the new Building Standards in the link below. For properties in Tamarack Heights, please call the MLHOA office.

Note: MLCCE HOA (Meadow Lake Country Club Estates Home Owners Association) is the same entity as MLHOA (Meadow Lake Home Owners Association) and may be referred to as MLHOA throughout this website

For all residents who are performing a major or minor remodel to the exterior of their home or landscaping, please start here.

FENCE INSTALLATIONS
For all residents with an existing home on a Meadow Lake property who wish to install a fence on their property, please start here.
1. Download this Fence Installation Packet which will walk you through the process for installing a fence.
2. Download the MLHOA Building Standards. Refer to Section IV.10. Fences (page 18), which provides all information needed to install a fence on your property.
