The Meadow Lake Community is a planned community located near Glacier National Park in the northwest corner of Flathead valley.

MLHOA Community and Sub-Associations

Within the Meadow Lake Community are 13 neighborhoods, timeshares, Sub-associations, and HOAs. Eleven are under the supervision of the MLHOA and are subject to their regulations and policies while two (Meadow Lake West HOA and The Woods HOA) and have their own rules and standards. Commercially, there is an affiliation with a golf course, resort hotel, restaurant, and time shares. as well as a Real Estate office and the Meadow Lake County Water & Sewer District.

Three Sub-associations within MLHOA also have their own websites which you can reach by clicking on the name here or in the mapkey: St. Andrews Timeshare HOA, Meadow Lake North HOA, and Spyglass Hill Timeshare HOA.

On the map below, the colored borders in the map key correspond to the neighborhoods, HOAs and Sub-associations. Lot numbers (containing no structures) are in black. Once a house has been built on a lot, the number in red and the adjacent street name becomes the physical mailing address.
